On 31 January, NutriTrade participated in Ahto’17, a one-day Lean Service Creation workshop where the participants practiced methods for service design. In a single day, Anna and Anni from the NutriTrade consortium created a service concept by defining business goals and customer segments, interviewed customers to find out their needs and worked the findings into business ideas. Next, the participants created value propositions and service prototypes, planned customer engagement and created a business model with key metrics.

Lots of food for thought for our efforts to establish a nutrient offsetting platform for the Baltic Sea!

In Finland, the massive workshop was the most tweeted topic of the day. It gathered over 600 people representing Finnish companies and other organisations, as well as their facilitators.
